Well, the scale went up again today. I know that I shouldn't let a number on the scale mess with my mind, but it does sometimes and today is one of those days. Four more weeks before I can go back and redo my thyroid bloodwork and get a cortisol test done. Lowering my meds and stopping all my supplements that can affect cortisol levels has just messed me up. The exhaustion I am feeling has brought me to tears quite a few times. Sigh.

    So sorry! Can't you go see the Dr & get it sped up? Its not worth it having to wait!

    I wish I could but they changed my thyroid dosage so they want to see what what my thyroid levels are going to be at and see if I'm feeling any better once my levels adjust. They'll do any other tests then.
