Introductions

It has been upfront in my mind that to start any discussion, be it a gathering of folks, professional training, a classroom, or here; now on an Internet message board, it is always very nice to know that which brought someone here, what is of interest to them, and if they have something to share, please do!

I came to start this group out of a life-long desire to Be "of service," my current pursuit of becoming more Fit due to a medical incident, and to share what I have learned in my research and experience. Specifically, I am establishing, "Mike-on-a-Bike" as an individual exercise plan. My considerations are offered to you to do with them as you may in the spirit of helping if I can.

I have developed and will re-establish a blog for the purpose of exploring consciousness. However, it will be in another place as I feel it may be a bit much for this website.

    Good evening! my name is Oscar, i am 27 and from TX. I had joined the MFP after XMas last year because of a weight loss contest, however all participant (including myself) had fallen off the wagon. i was off and on since June and recenly dove in headfirst again after a recent dr's visit. I was interested in this group because of its focus: Fitness, Endurance, and Agility. I play recreational baseball and these are 3 areas of improvement that would be beneficial to me. im excited to see where this takes me and opportunities it may create. Lets go all the way!!
