New Challenge

Hi Everyone! I am Dawn, and I know a lot of you. I have been consistently working out at Peak Fitness with Chris since February of this year, although I did a few weeks the end of 2011 before I went to Vermont for about 5 weeks. I have enjoyed every minute of it, and I am looking forward to this new challenge. I am determined to lose more weight, no matter what it takes. Whether your goals are for better endurance, more strength, or weight loss, come and join me. We can all help each other!

  • Hey Everyone :) I'm Meghan, and I'm a semi new comer! A girlfriend and I worked out with chris late last spring and absolutely loved his workouts! We had a blast and got in great shape! In May I bought a house and got a black lab puppy, Goose, who then took me away from Peak and completely stole my time! Now that Goose is older and my house isn't a train wreck anymore, it was time for me to dart feeling good, looking good, and getting healthier! I'm really excited about the new challenge :) it's great to have a friendly competition to keep everyone focused, on top of things and accountable! My main goal is to get in shape for Tough Mudder, but I'd also love to get to my goal weight of 150! We can do this together!! Looking forward to tomorrow!! Putting my last cookie down now ;)
