Topics for your consideration ...

What comes to mind is to present an outline of what we might discuss, ask for your sharing what comes to mind for all of you, put it together and let the conversations begin! How is that? I was going to begin with sharing "mike-on-a-bike" which would, I believe, be applicable to any vigorous activity with the goals of metabolic and cardio-vascular health with a little brain strain and something more ... That is my current endeavor, to get it posted here, probably tomorrow, sound good?
