Since I feel like I am so far behind everyone I posted seperate:cry:

I did level 2 tonight and did all modified and was still drenched in sweat at the end. I thought that the 2nd cardio round was the hardest but I think i got winded and thats why. The chair squats with the V-fly were pretty tough to but cant wait to see my endurance at the end.

Does anyone know what they will do when this video is over. I was going to do ripped in 30 but am saving that for the spring to do with the CT5K.

    I think I'm going to do Ripped in 30 after this and then maybe Yoga Meltdown. Also, I'll be doing C25k since a friend wants me to run a 5k with her at the end of January. We'll see how is progresses!

    I'm on day 2 Level 2. Fell that I really worked hard today. Struggle with the plank jumps but am happy to be able to stick with a plank through that when it gets too tough.
    I have absolutely no idea what I am going to do next though.
