Just wondering if there are any Canadians here...advice on where to go fo info on diets and such in our neck of the world?

    I am in canada as well. Recently diagnosed with T2. - just looking for resources as well.

    I'm not in Canada, but, I was recently diagnosed (four months ago)

    Best two books I read were "The first year with Type2 Diabetes" by Gretchen Becker, I have read it twice now. I also bought the Diabetes for Dummies book which I use more a s reference to check things I am unsure about.
