Another day shredded! Level 2 is getting slightly easier, but only slightly. I'm still doing a lot of the modified moves and nearly die during the chair squats with v-raises, but I can feel my endurance and strength picking up. The oblique jump-twists used to kill me, but now I can do both sets without stopping!
How's the shredding going for everyone else?

Oblique twists absolutely get me still on day 4 of level 2. Also struggling with all the plank poses. GOD, can't she do something other than plank. Either way, I am sweating my large posterior off right now as I write this, so she must be doing something right.0
