I got very sick and lost four days, then got crazy busy and lost more days. I am back to finish, even though I am WAY behind ya'll. Because it has been more than a week, I thought I might do level 2 again for three days or so and then move on to level 3.
Is there anyone else still out there that isn't done? What level/day are you at?

I have 8 more days of Level 3. I took rest days plus I'm also doing C25K as well so I knew it would take me a little longer. The key is to not giving up and finish strong.0

I'm still here, I took some rest days and some days I just do cardio. Im on day 3 of level 3. This weekend I was out of town and did level one with some friends that wanted to try it out so I missed a day then too....I didn't count it.0

I did level 2 again. Gonna do it for two more days to get back into the swing of things and then move on to level 3.
I actually moved on to level 2 after day 8 because I wasn't sweating as much and having to work as much. But today was actually day 10 of level 2 and I'm still getting a great workout. Will move on in a couple of days just to mix things up and keep my body guessing.
