Bulking and Intermittent Fasting

Ok, so here I am, on my second week of bulking and loving every minute of my painful, powerful muscles.
Meanwhile, on the food front I'm having some doubts. Not that I don't feel good eating as much as I am, I am, believe me, but sometimes I have a hard time eating it all.
Been checking the net intake and I'm not even close to TDEE, so how the hell am I going to get above TDEE for the weight lifting days?
And then, I go to Leangains and there it is, intermittent fasting...
I was thinking, náh, I'll leave that to the cut fase, but... ever since I've started to really apply myself in weightlifting, my appetite has dropped considerably and the protein intake won't even get to half I need.
So, two questions to you folks who've been into this bulk/cut cycle a few times:
Do you fast through your bulk cycle?
And, how do you get your proteins without those nasty powders?
I'll make myself eat but it's getting harder, I tell you!
