Man not eating back the calories will be hard!0

From what I understand, not eating back the calories won't give as good of results as eating them back will. It's a good way to lose a few lbs quickly, but it doesn't last.
Also, anytime I eat 1200 and don't eat them back, I get the warning about starvation mode.
I'm definitely out for this one.0 -
