Hope you all did well last week.

"The Challenge":

ONLY water, Under 1200 Calories, Whatever you workout DON'T eat back the calories!!

Let's do this ladies..

    From what I understand, not eating back the calories won't give as good of results as eating them back will. It's a good way to lose a few lbs quickly, but it doesn't last.

    Also, anytime I eat 1200 and don't eat them back, I get the warning about starvation mode.

    I'm definitely out for this one.

    I am struggling with giving up coffee..but my water has increased :)
