5 days down!! We are almost to the end of week 1. How is everyone liking the RI30 workout? I really enjoy it, I am so impressed at how much I have improved at the side planks. 2 months ago I couldn't even hold myself in the position and now I am doing them advanced :) Feels great knowing my core is getting stronger and I am getting muscles. I am an apple shape (hold all my weight in my stomach and sides) so it really makes me happy that I am slowly but Shirley losing my belly and saddle bags :drinker:

    I took break so I'm on day 3 but I'll catch up on the weekend! Like you I'm alos enjoying RI30 and my form is improving too! I just don't like the fast feet moves. Everything else is great though.

    I am enjoying it but I have been sick so I have lost 2 days... but I plan to catch up. Other then that, I do enjoy this workout alot more... I don't like Jumping period... jump lunges, jump squats..double jump none of that.. but I have to admit my legs are starting to look better.. I also need to go back and post my photo's and put up measurements..

    Keep up the good work... Just think of the finish line... Skinny jeans in the winter...yesssss ( ok jeans i have wore in a while)
