I will be restarting this week! I stopped the beginning of Oct after completing week 6 when tragedy struck my family. I am looking forward to getting back to running! I know it will help me!! I love it!! Looking for friends to add who are starting or recently started for support. Add me or I can add you. I had also signed up months ago for my first 5k - the Color Run on Nov 17 in Charlotte! I am looking forward to that!
