I can't hardly believe we're into the third week of this! I definitely worked up a sweat today. I made it through the whole first set of the chair squats with v-raises but had to take a couple breathers for the second set. I've decided once I can do both sets without stopping I'll be super strong. Wonder what that'll make me at the end of it all? Maybe Xena, Warrior Princess?
