Day 6! Push yourself harder with each workout, the end result will be worth the hard work.

    You are doing great! I wont be starting Week 2 until friday!:blushing: Really feel so drained lately:yawn: that the last thing I want is workout! ugh not good!:mad:

    Just completed day 6 holy cramps (TOM) :sick: Thank God tomorrow is my rest day :happy:

    How is your diet? make sure you're getting enough protein, carbs and fat and drinking enough water! Maybe if you look at working out as relaxing your mind and taking your mind off stress for 30 mins insteat of 30 mins of work, maybe if you make it fun you'll get it done. What I do is mute Julian and workout to a sitcom or talk show its 30 mins of me laughing and working out and you're done before you know it!

    So my plan for tonight was to double up on the ripped and yeah....it didnt happen! My legs feel like jello!!!!! I am going to do the workouts at my husbands studio and bump some music to see if that helps. May stay at week 1 a little longer than i thougt because I know for a fact that week 2 is a killer!!!!! LOL!!!! Lets see if I can get up in the morning lol! Thank you for your ideas and your support!

    OK Today is my last day on week 1! I am still sore big time! My hamstrings are killing me more than anything so I am really scared for Week 2 because I know its harder! Hope my legs dont fall off!!! LOL!!!! I will have measurements for you all tomorrow!!!
