Hello all! I'm kinda new to insanity day 20, so tomm is my rest day. I have been digging deeper . Lets just say I think you need to be in decent overall shape before starting this. I've never been very good at cardio due to past smoking and slight asthma. Bit after second fit test I did so much better, like 10 reps more of each exercise than initial test . I'm really loving this workout, or lets just say a love, hate relationship. Can't wait to be done, and hopefully at my gw for the end of the year. This why I started it because I needed to step it up. I was doing Nike training workouts, which are pretty hard, and a good stepping stone to insanity. I've also done some p90, but at the time I was completely out of shape, I'll start p90 after I'm done with insanity. Lets do this!

Yeah I do my own food , and just try and stay under cals and include as many veggies n fruit as I can....0
