Great morning everyone! It's approaching 6:30 am and I'm getting on my bike for a 50 min. ride. Trying to get that heart rate up to 140 to 145 for at least 25 of the 50 minutes. I'm working to confirm my HR, have an unusual way of doing it. I use an ace-wrap a stethoscope and my cell phone timer. Only about once or twice a month, on a Sunday when its more quiet out there!
