Week 3 (11/6-11/12) mini goals

I apologize for the delay! I was going through some stuff, but it's all good now. Also, you guys are the best, thank you for making the week2 thread and keeping the momentum going by posting in it. :smile:

Here we go! This week I'm going to...

Drink only water/coffee/tea...no soda/beer
Do deadlifts every other day!
Stretch during commercial breaks if i'm veggin' around watching tv
More protein less carbs as a general rule.
