    Great job everyone!!! I have been selected for random drug testing at work today and so I'm trying to slow down on the water intake b/c I don't want my sample to be diluted!! (did you know you could do that?!?!)

    Anywhoo - I do most of my water drinking at work but today I'm going to have to rev-it-up after 2:30. I've only got 20oz in up to this point. My goal is to nurse another 20oz until the test and then crank out another 60oz before I go to bed!! I like 100oz days!! :-)
