It's come to mind to toss some definitions out here for a common reference for all of us. I like the ability to be able to express well, sometimes intensely other times with humor, laughing is good!
OK here we go ... then I'd like to discuss them, take them and us to a common or our own individual understanding ...
Fitness - A state of general mental and physical well-being. A state of readiness in great condition for what comes.
Endurance - also called sufference, stamina, resilience or durability, the ability of an organism to exert itself and remain active for a long period of time.
Agility - the gracefulness of a person or animal that is quick and nimble; the ability to think and draw conclusions quickly; intellectual acuity.
A personal "goal" or how I'd like to be ... is to have the capacity, vitality and choice for vigorous activity and/or intensity of expression.
Another is the intellectual acuity - sharpness, clearness, and distinctness of perception or vision, a quick definition, I also like wit, intellectual humor is a favorite of mine, saw a comic over this past weekend who used his brain rather than the how many times can I be profane ... like that's funny, to me, not so much!
Ok, starting to ramble ... hoping this will get some discussion going, I really do!
Back in a bit, always checking in to see if anyone's stopped by, or more, expressed themselves! ...
