Help

Hey guys I was wondering if anybody does the work out every other day instead of everyday? My work schedule does not allow for everyday

    I have a friend at work. She does it 3-4 times a week and she's melting like crazy.
    I think that if you do the workout well,good forms,push yourself when you do it and also...You eat good and healthy food.
    You will succeed even if you don't do it everyday.

    Anyway....Anything you add to your life that is asking so much on yourself like INSANITY does.... Will improve your fitness,cardio,flexibility anyway....

    So, do what you can,when you can but DO IT :)
