Low-carb diet suggestion

Options
Eat all the meat and veggies you want til you're full.

Breakfast: Cherry Pineapple Slush: 6 oz. water, 2 oz. pineapple juice drained from can, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix (if you don't have it, not to worry - make the shake anyway), 1/2 cup pineapple, ½ cup frozen cherries & 8 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.

Mid-morning snack: Cashew peanuts (1/2 cup)

Lunch: Steak Salad, Water - all you can eat. Eat til you're full.

Mid-day snack: Baby carrots, or a yogurt of your choice

Dinner: Meat of your choice - all you can eat. Spinach or collard greens (I use frozen, slightly seasoned w/salt and pepper). Salad of your choice – all you can eat. 1 Small potato.

Snack: Coco Mango shake: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 6 chunks frozen mango (1 cup), ½ tsp. coconut extract & 5 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
