Primal is working well for me weight loss wise, and also as part of a management strategy for Crohns disease, few symptoms if I follow Primal strictly.
I've got to the goal weight I set myself (140lb) and now want to go about maintaining, and increasing my energy after a recent bout of illness.
Any diet ideas, or supplements that I might consider? I will probably go for a B complex for starters, I already take probiotics and fish oil.

I like Chia seeds. I stir them into my plain greek yogurt and they fire me up. I also put them in the coconut bars I bake. And sweet potatoes are tasty, if you're cool with em!
Some mornings when I feel super laggy I take a green tea supplement. Kinda an energy fiend, heh.0
