calories calculation for beachbody programs

Hi how did you find the right calorie level when doing these programs.

I just ordered Slim in 6 - can't wait for it to arrive! You can't count exact calories burned to the T. I plan to just use the MFP option for "aerobics - general" when I log my calories burned. If you are doing a harder program like Insanity or P90X you can choose the options "aerobics - high impact" or "calisthenics." The other option is to wear a heart rate monitor, but that isn't completely accurate either. What do other people do?0

so far I just pick Aerobits, or sit-ups or whatever fits the program that day. I'm doing RevAbs. I'm planning on getting a HRM to be a little more accurate.0
