Can't do weight training

hi have just started on this program but one of my drawbacks is I can't lift weights due to an old injury. All I can do is walk. I am slowly increasing my calories but am nervous of putting on all the weight I have lost by eating at my TDEE level. I have increased my cals over the last week and have noticed a slight drop in weight so this is encouraging. If anyone has advice I am happy to listen to it or if you are doing this program and want a partner along the way please add me,

Cheers
Michelle

What is your injury? I wouldnt say you cant do weight training with an injury. You probably should do some to help strengthen the muscles of the affected area, but not knowing what your injury is, its hard to say.. Can you elaborate more so we can maybe help suggest ways to get your training and hopefully help out the injury?

Its normal to gain weight if you jump to TDEE. Are you planning on doing a reset? If so, then take your measurements and put the scale away. The mind games can be very discouraging through Reset, and the less you can worry about the number on the scale, the better.
Remember, this is a SLOW process and this is for healthy eating FOR LIFE, not for the next bikini season. SO even though was want to drop the weight quickly and be beach ready again, it may not happen in that time frame.. Losing the fat takes longer, especially when you arent losing muscle along with it.
I would recommend reading through the stickies, or if you want all of the information is one nice package for easier reading and wading through, you can purchase the $5 starter kit here http://eatmore2weighless.com/faqs/
This information is found all over the internet and this site, but the package has it all in one palce for you, making it easier and more accessible for you..

    Hope this helps!
