Have a laugh at me (and question for y'all)

I'm such a ditz sometimes, but I blame it on the fact that I have three kids, homeschool, and a lot going on. I thought I was doing 30DS turns out I've been doing RI30, so I haven't been posting; better late than never though. So far I've done it 5 days, started on Nov 1, but haven't done it every day. For those that are doing it every day are your muscles sore? I never do strentgh on the same muscles every day, but I'm thinking as long as I stick with light weights it should be ok. Also js anyone else's knees sore? Mine have been hurting me, but I'm not sure if I'm just going deeper in the squats and lunges or if it's from having to go up and down so many stairs the past two weeks.

I've posted my weight and measurements. Has anyone else gained while doing this? Anyone following the meal plan?

    I have done it for 4 days took a break did it for 2 one rest day a week. My muscles are not sore but my knees are and they seem to make more noises also. I thought it was because I do my push ups modified... so I have been trying to do real push ups and then when I can hold this body up anymore go to modified.. trying to save the knees... also work or concentrate on soft landings when you do any of the jumping excerises.
