I missed yesterdays workout so I will be doing day 7 today. I think we should just start a new topic for each day and no matter what day you are working on you can post under that days topic so we can all see that we all did the workout for that day. It seems alot easier since we are all on different days. So everyone that works out today doing the ripped feel free to post here :)

    Week 1 Day 4 for me and I think it might be getting a little easier!

    also week 1 day 4 for me. My arms are feeling it but I seem to be able to do more of the cardio :) keep up the good work!!

    Week 2 day 2... Ok so this is tough...( planks are mean) I don't think i'm eating enough.. so today I am going to increase my calories earlier in the day ... I thought I was going to pass out. Light headed... I was sweating like crazy, couldn't catch my breath...and I have been fighting something a stomach thing so I was not eating good.... but decided to push myself.. ( may not of been a great idea). So increasing my calories is my first adjustment.
