Just a bad day

So...my good friend just posted some pics on facebook from my son's swimming class the other day. The babies were adorable of course, but then there it was...me, looking huge, in a bathing suit.

I get all jazzed up after working out or not eating badly and certainly staying on track for calories...and then I see a picture of myself and it looks nothing like how I feel.

I haven't worked out this hard or consistently in years and have never ever seen this little progress - EVER.

So today is a bad day..and people should have to ask permission before they post pictures of your post baby picture body on facebook. Makes me want to go eat a tub of ice cream.

I am not looking for sympathy, but can't discuss with my family because they bull**** me by saying "you look great"! Liars. I saw the picture and it did not lie.

Its VERY hard looking back at your own pictures. I know for sure that I feel like a "skinny" girl trapped in a "phat" girls body! So when I look at my own pictures that others take i too feel disgusted. However, I now use that as motivation! :)

I recently went on vacation to San Diego and was on a ride with my little one. His father was taking pictures! Lets just say I never want to look that huge in a small train again! :(

As for posting goes if its a picture is just by yourself then yes I think permission should be given first.

Stay focused! :) We can do it together! LETS MAKE OUR FAT CRY :)
