After a hard session at the gym, decided to weigh my self, dropped 0.6 kg since the last time I weighed in, which was exactly a week ago, such motivating results!!!
My BF% has dropped 1.5% also in a short 2 weeks!! Crazy!!
If you have any doubts about eating more and still loosing weight..... It's time to stop doubting and start eating more!!
I have never felt so good, I can eat pretty much anything I want, and still lose weight.
This group/groups posts has motivated so much and thanks for everyone's help/advice along the way!

Nice on the bf.. Just be careful weighing after workouts because there is water loss which affect the scale temporarily.0

Weighed myself before the workout too... There was about a 0.1 kg fluctuation, didn't think it was worth mentioning.. Haha0 -
