Ok...so what is everyone doing for exercise, and when you do exercise, how much more do you eat, and of what?
I like to have my 5 bars through the day. It's just so easy, and the food at my cafeteria is iffy, and my job is so hectic that half the time i miss the time the cafeteria is open.

I like having my last bar before I go to sleep, because i take some medication which has the side effect of making me hungry.

So, I guess when I exercise I do a "5 and 2" plan. Is that too much?

I have been adding egg whites and a spinach salad with roasted veggies, (eggplant, peppers, cauliflower sometimes, portabello mushrooms) and I don't use dressing because I know there is olive oil on the roasted veggies.

When I do the bike i tend to burn about 350-400 calories. When I do pilates mat (DVD), i barely count it, because i burn like 70 calories.

I've got a 2 year old adorable son (who is a petri dish) and he was sick last week, so i'm sick this week. I'm thinking i'll start back up with the pilates first, and then see about the bike again on Sunday. Hopefully I won't be out of the habit!
I seem to be losing about 3.3 lbs a week when i exercise and 2 lbs a week when I don't.

I can't walk too far, because of a foot problem, hence the biking. I do love me some endophins though. They just give me a more positive outlook on life. I miss them.

    As long as you r dropping n not gaining keep going;) Most people do the 5n1 there is no 5n2 lol and add 2-3 oz of leanest protein. I personally drop more when I don't workout;) So I will be going in slow with the 12 week walking program starting next Thur and then after that the Jogging/Running program on SIM. Also u can try the 4n2 since your burn is over 300+ cals
