A1c 5.9 (Normal 1.6-6.0) down from 6.1
Glucose Fasting 120 (60-99) up from 108
Est. Average Glucose 123 85-123 down from 128
Cholesterol 202 (<200) down from 252
HDL 39 (>40) down from 56
LDL 139 (<100) down from 162
Triglycerides 122 (<199) down from 169
Everything has improved except my HDL. I have not been able to exercise since mid-August because of Atrial Fibrillation and foot surgery. When I can get back to exercising, my HDL should go up.
