Basically I've been really naughty the last two days. I let myself cave into excuses of why I shouldn't exercise (which basically amounted to "I'm too tired"). But I got back on track today and even added in my Yoga Booty Ballet to remind me that working out is fun, and I definitely should do it. Basically, half of it is dancing with ridiculously funny '60s dance moves while the other half is some basic yoga.
Now that I'm back on track I'll still get 5 days of working out this week. So I guess my little hiatus wasn't too horrible.
