challenge month

Well this started late, but just created group.

For the rest of november do atleast 15 minutes of cardio

The time can be chopped up into 1 min at a time (if u have a crazy schedule) or all at once.

Examples:
Jogging in place
Stairs
Jumping jax
Circuit training
Running
Fast paced walk

    Good morning! Just waiting on hubby to wake up then im off for a quick 15 min run.. still sore :/
