    I am happy so say that after about 13 months on MFP, I have finally reached my goal weight. 137 down to 120. It seemed to take a while, and there were times were I gained some of what I lost back, but I didn't want to rush it. I still like to enjoy nights out w/ my friends having maybe a few too many drinks, and I didn't wanna give that up even if it meant it would take me a bit longer. Thanks to MFP, I've finally lost those pounds I always thought were impossible to lose! I think the key for the last 5 pounds was to really push myself past my limits in the cardio exersises (mostly running and spin class).
