Week 3 Day 15

I feel like Level 2 is getting easier for me now. I still struggle with some parts, but I don't feel like I'm going to die anymore by the time I reach Circuit 3. And I'm loving adding the Yoga Booty Ballet in afterward to get in some extra cardio.

How's everyone else's shredding going?

So far I have skipped two days total. One because my knee really hurt and the other because I was lazy and I had baileys and hot chocolate instead.

It is getting easier for sure. I am feeling less motivated than I had hoped for though as I am not "changing" as much as I had hoped for. Oh well. We will see how she goes by the end.

I think I need to add something at the end of each shred day - maybe some extra abs/back exercises to do in the afterburn - any recommendations?

For the record, I would skip for Baileys and hot chocolate too. Yum.

I'm getting a little weight loss. I haven't checked my measurements yet (and I probably won't until the end). But I can definitely feel more definition in my arm and leg muscles.

I hope I'll get more results by adding something after shred. The thing about circuit training is it's a great way to build your strength and endurance as well as boost your metabolism, but you don't always burn a lot of calories. If you want to add something, I'd recommend something cardio based with little to no weight lifting. Mainly because your body is already tired from the weight lifting you did and because you can burn a lot of calories with cardio and still help build up some muscle. Even if it's just going for a walk sometime during the day, it might help add more to your workout. So you could definitely do an ab-based workout after if you wanted. You can find tons of short workout videos on YouTube.

    Good luck!
