Hi everyone! I'm new to this group and have a few questions. Firstly-If you set your calorie goal according to your TDEE on here, do you still track your cals burned through exercise? Second question- Do any of you who have had success with EM2WL take "cheat days"? I eat very healthy most of the time but I have always taken Saturdays "off". I still eat a healthy breakfast and lunch but I allow myself to splurge in the evening. Does anyone else do the same?

    I track my exercise on MFP but I log it as 1 calorie so it doesn't mess with my macros that I am trying to hit. EM2WL philosophy is to eat the same calories each day. I have finally started being consistent on a daily basis with my calories and I am finally seeing movement on the scale. I was finding that when I had a cheat day the scale would fluctuate too much for me. Consistency seems to be working. I am not an expert so maybe some of the others will chime in. Did you read all the information? They also have great utube videos that walks you through EM2WL.
