I almost feel like I shouldn't participate any longer since I've failed miserably at working out "every day." However, good habits take time to form, so here I am. I took a 30 minute walk this morning.

Well done for doing your walk
I'm full of cold today and everything is an effort managed a 45 minute walk with the dog and 20 mins on cross trainer but it was forced haha0 -
40 minute hike in the woods with my husband and kids. What gorgeous weather we are having in the northeast!!,0

sorry i forgot to post end of last week. Ive been doing at least 30 mins a day apart from yesterday as I had a day off after celebrating my birthday Saturday night! 90 mins tonight, pump class followed by spinning
