This week's cardio focus session and a total of 5km ran.

A running base interspersed with bodyweight exercises ensures the heart rate remains high whilst performing some large compound movements for muscle stimulation. A great start to Monday morning. Well done everyone.

Good to see smiles for the first day of the week too.
