Hi all, It appears if you use the app, you can copy the exercise data, including calories straight from my profile onto your own, for a quick and easy solution. However, this is not yet available on the online (web based) version. Keep tracking everyone. :smile:
This week's cardio focus session and a total of 5km ran. A running base interspersed with bodyweight exercises ensures the heart rate remains high whilst performing some large compound movements for muscle stimulation. A great start to Monday morning. Well done everyone. Good to see smiles for the first day of the week too.
