Is anyone doin like the 8 wk clean eating plan that the first week start with changing ur breakfast? If so what are some of the things u will be eating? Im goin to use the 4 meal option thats on the site

I'm doing the oatmeal with peanut butter and fruit if i don't want the oatmeal I'll swap for whole wheat bread with peanut butter and fruit.0

Vegetables topped with lemon
