Today's weight: 172lbs (12st 4). Loss this week of 2lbs.

I have now lost 38lbs, which is the same amount as my 6 year old daughter weighs :bigsmile:

    Todays weigh in is...

    171.5lbs which is a loss of .5lbs

    Although I've come to a stall in my weight loss I've lost 2.5 inches from all over across the last couple of weeks despite only losing half a pound :smile:
