New Horror Flicks...

Does anyone have any recommendations? The movie doesn't necessarily have to be new, could be a lesser known film.

I will give this a go even though I have no idea what you have already seen.
But upon creeping your profile, lol I saw you liked Aliens so I would say if you haven't already watched Prometheus, do it.
Also if you have Netflix I highly recommend: Altered, The Reef and Black Water

Thats just a couple until we have more info can't do much else or maybe someone else has different suggestions.

Those are great suggestions! I have seen Prometheus, The Reef and Black Water. I've seen Altered listed in my Amazon recommendations before so I might check it out. I'm pretty open to all horror with exception of torture porn. I watch a lot of classics and love a good creature feature!

Everyone needs to see Dog Solders.

    Have you seen Dog Solders?

Yeah, Dog Soldiers is great! :) I have a few movies I'm considering renting soon; We are what we are, Excision, Rec 3, The Tunnel, Altered and Frontiers. I read somewhere that Dog Soldiers may get a sequel, that would be sweet!

Takashi Miike's Master of Horror Imprint, Dead Ringers, God Bless America, Bound, Gutterballs, Dark Shadows(the TV series, not the movie), Trollhunter, Cold Fish, Red State, Suicide Room, Dexter, & American Horror Story...this is kind of a good mix of what I have watched in the last few months lol.

Thanks for the suggestions hauntgoddess. I've seen some of those, but I'm pretty curious about Cold Fish from the title! I recently watched an indie horror flick called Rites of Spring. I liked it, big fan of indie horror.
