What are you wearing New Year's Eve?

I decided to start this topic as a way to focus motivation during the holiday temptation season.
Do you have something in your closet that right now is a little bit too tight, that you might like to wear on New Year's eve? Don't need to go out, or stay up till midnight to have an excuse to dress up a little flashier than normal. For me, I have a pale purple/pink halter dress with rhinestones, and a matching jacket, it fits now, if breathing is optional. It is the last thing I bought from my favorite store ever, CMart, (still missed after being closed for 5 years)
Each Monday in addition to the scale I am going to try this dress on, to make sure it fits on New Year's. My hope is that when I am faced with craving more stuffing and gravy, I will think of my new year's dress and resist.
I made it through my anniversary/birthday week staying the same weight, by eating what I wanted when I went to both of my favorite restaurants and a brand new chinese restaurant, by eating smart the rest of the time, including 2 apples every day and exercising, but I want to get back on a losing track.
So Hatters, what are you going to wear?
Or do you have another way to get through the holiday temptation season?

I know you will be able to wear that dress for my 47th birthday! Just keep on doing what you are doing and trying it on each Monday will be a great motivator.
I want to get back on the losing track as well. I have been up/down the same 2 pounds for a while now. I really wanted to get to 50 lbs lost by the end of the year but at this point I am just trying to maintain my 41 lbs lost.
Speaking of stuffing.....I need a recipe for stuffing. I volunteered to make something for our work dinner for my boss. His wife is battling cancer and I didn't want him to have to worry about it. We do turkey and everyone brings a side dish. Since no has signed up for stuffing I thought I would do it. I don't eat it normally cause I am not fond of it. If any of you have a recipe that you love I will be glad to make...
As for what I am going to wear????? Hopefully my Pj's all day and while I am asleep on the couch waiting on the ball to drop!!!!!!!!

I just stumbled across this post. I haven't really got anything that is in my closet but my stepmother has passed down somethings as she cleaned her closet out and there is actually a jacket and skirt. The skirt is black and the jacket is black background with white grandmother roses with a shimmer to the jacket. I honest don't believe it will fit but it is what I would love to wear and I know sooner or later that it will. Maybe by my anniversary if not now.0
