What are your goals?

If everyone could post something about the goals or things they are working towards so that we can all help keep each other motivated to reach those goals.

  • My goal is to be healthier and stay that way for my kids and myself. However, I would really love to be able to run a mile without stopping. Right now, I can do a mile in around 12:30 but that's walking and running.
  • These are great goals because they are based on things you want to do and how you want to feel not just a number which is important to remember
  • My goal is to be a healthier mom and for my clothing that I already own to fit better.
