I just finished my 60 days of Les Mills Combat and I am starting Insanity Asylum Vol. 2 on Monday. I have done the first 2 Insanity programs and saw huge results so I can't wait to see what this one has in store for me! What workout routines does everyone else follow?

I just finished week 1 of the new Les Mills Combat program and loved it! It is a great cardio and strength workout with a mix of boxing, karate, kickboxing and more! I was pretty sore to start but the last couple days have been much better, today is my rest day and can't wait to see what week 2 has in store for me!
