What macro ratios are working for you? MFP reset mine after I lost 10lbs. I want to reset them but I need some guidance. I'm more of a low carber in regard to Paleo just FYI.

Well, first I set my calories. Next I set my carbs to 85 grams because this is the center of what Mark Sisson calls the "sweet spot" for weight loss....he says 50 to 100 grams is ideal. Then I calculated my protein needs at about 1 gram per pound of lean body mass... for me that was 115 grams protein. The rest of the calories go towards fat! You can put those all in manually under goals.

i heard that you should have a ratio of this. to try to stay in these boundaries . your cals should be a ratio of this
    65% fat
    20% carbs
    15% protein
    has anyone else heard this?

This is sort of what i did - set my Carbs first - then protien and rest goes to fat.

I did set my calories lower because i don't usually put in things like coconut, olive, avocado oil when I use it for sauting or cooking - since I can't account for how much I actually ingest I figure my calories are a bit higher then my daily goal and my fat (the good kind) is higher.

To be honest... I just make sure I hit my protein count (1g per lb body weight) and hit a fat count of around 0.5g per lb bodyweight, then fill the ret with whatever I like. Macros don't matter too much - just eat real food.
