What work outs are you doing with your diet?

I got all of mine off of my Pintrest http://pinterest.com/amberzheartz/ ( If anyone wants to fallow me or get the pin)

In the morning I am doing a 2 week workout for a flat belly http://pinterest.com/pin/536702480562734695/

At night I am doing the 3 week banging body routine http://pinterest.com/pin/536702480562743160/

I started those today and I plan to keep doing them before I start the diet then adding the diet in to see how much the diet really does. I will post results of just exercise and then diet plus exercise and maybe just diet. I have other workouts on my Pintrest I plan to try as well. Let me know what workouts everyone is doing and results.

    You shouldn't be working out while on the diet for 3 days because it's very low calorie. You'll be starving your body and you could likely pass out if you do anything intense. It's very dangerous...
