I'm ridiculously excited right now. The chair squats with the v-raises that I hate? Well, for the very first time, I was able to do every single rep for both sets. It almost killed my arms, but I did it! A few more days of Level 2, and then I'll be moving on to Level 3.

Level 2 day 8 today. Really struggled today. Don't know why, it just felt like hard work. Got through it and trying to be more positive for tomorrow. Not sure if its just you and me left now Sara!0

i hate the chair squats with the v raises. i can do all of them but it HURTS!!! i will move onto level 3 soon, but i like feeling like i have mastered level 2 first. good work ladies!0

On last day of level 2 tonight. Trying to find an ounce of motivation. I have had a cold this week, so skipped Tuesday and Wednesday. Refuse to skip tonight even if it is not an amazing work out.
Also bought Jillians killer Abs, which I am going to work in a few times a week as well. See how it goes0 -
Chair squats with V raises, I'm with you on that, I find that the killer. Also struggle with plank jacks. 9th day of Level 2 today. Might attempt Level 3 tomorrow.0

Day 1 Level 3 today. Absolutely loved it. It was challenging and wouldn't have been able to manage unless I had worked up to it.0

just did level 3 yesterday. it was insane. insane. insane. i thought 1 and 2 were pretty easy actually but there was a lot of stuff i had to make easier in this one. phew!0

I absolutely loved level 3 until today. 5th day running and I'm tired. Going to take the weekend off I think.0
