Hi Y'all! :drinker:
I'm on maintenance now, but still doing almost exactly what I was when I was losing weight, only trying not to drop my calories. (I used alternating calories to lose wt. without lowering my metabolism). Problem is, now that I'm at my goal weight, I'm afraid of adding foods. So, I was wondering if some of you that do "clean-eating" low carb could share your menus with me (Others) to give ideas? My food diary is open, if you'd like to see mine.
If so, thanks! :flowerforyou:

Just start slowly I suppose, or if you enjoy the low carb lifestyle, then just stick with it. I've maintained for over a year and eat (and drink) pretty much anything. I still have to keep the calories lower than someone else maintaining, 1600 regardless of exercise seems to work for me :)

    Here's a yummy dinner I make often!

you can add meat to it if you'd like. I add more spices like chili powder, garlic, and my own salsa.

Congrats on your maintenance! :flowerforyou: That's great!
Your dinner looks yummy! Makes me miss cheese. (which I can't eat).
    1600 calories! Way cool!
I'm still hoovering around 1400 more or less. Have my carbs up over 100. So, maybe this is my spot. :ohwell: I'm only 5'4"

I've made this a few times cheese free for my vegan friends and they love it :)

And I'm 5'3" and eat around 170-225 carbs a day. As long as my protein is around 100 I don't normally care what my carbs are for the day ;-P Been trying to watch the sugar lately, but that's about it!
