Its almost the middle of the month... We got this everyone!! I havent seen very many people posting or doing their workout. I thought after how great everyone was with the shred we could continue with the ripped doing just as good. I have missed two days so far and I am so upset with myself but thats not going to stop me. I am doing day 11 right now. I am going to finish the rest of the month off strong and i WILL see results. I have lost 3 pounds so far this month and I hope to get to 10 but I have to push myself if I was to get some results. Lets all KICK *kitten* and feel sore the rest of the month so we can be 100% satisfied with this video. :bigsmile:

    OOPS I MEAN I AM DOING DAY 12 NOT 11. I MADE UP ONE OF THE TWO I MISSED ALREADY HAD TO LOOK AT MY EXERCISE JOURNAL. HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE AND LETS GET AWESOME WORKOUTS IN AND FEEL SATISFIED WITH OUR WORKOUTS

    I just started week two yesterday! wowza what a fab, intense workout! So far with the shred and ripped I have lost Ten pounds! I am aiming for four more pounds with the ripped :) You are doing fantastic K thank you so much for your motivation and support!! :) We can do this Ladies!!!! :):)

    I am sorry, I have allowed things to get in my way... but I too plan on finishing strong.. I am here.. and working hard to get ripped... I have to admit my arms look alot better
