So yesterday was day 1 for me. I loved the workout and I am glad to be doing some strength training. Maybe I can find some muscles. I will be doing Day 2 in about an hour and I am hoping that we target different muscles than yesterday because boy, am I sore!

I'm sure you know the answer by now, since you already worked out, but yes! This is why I LOVE this program. Day 1, front of body muscles, Day 2, back of body, Day 3 Cardio..and repeat!0

Yeah, It wasn't that bad My arms are still sore though today I am looking forward to cardio!0
